Charming small and cool hotel, it was worth its 4 stars. Perfect services were available.

Breakfast was excellent, I liked almost everything.

The whole room was big size and functional and had climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. Marvellous location for visiting pubs and coffee store walking distance to the hotel. There was Casateatro el Poblado close to the property.

The hotel was perfect, fairly clean, in a really safe area. The staff were both accommodating and exceptional. The room I stayed in was big and functional with a father dreary cupboard as well as balcony.

The central location and very very helpful and excellent staff were the highlight of this very comfortable stay. The rooms of our place were great-sized and brand-new with balcony, everything was perfect.

Room was a bit small for a couple, but the location was great. We had a minor issue with the shower temperature, but the bed was comfortable. The staff, especially Jorge, were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenient location.

We had a great 3-night stay at Hotel Florencia Plaza in Medellin. Our triple room was very comfortable and had a mini bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The hotel's restaurant was conveniently located just 900 feet away.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was excellent, close to the most interesting neighborhood in terms of restaurants, pubs, bars, and overall nightlife. This made it very convenient to explore the city and enjoy the local food and entertainment. The staff went above and beyond to help me, especially since I speak very little Spanish. They were friendly and very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was nice, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The jacuzzi upstairs was empty, which was a nice bonus. The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cool boutique place with marvellous location just off the nightlife, and the metro station and the restaurant area. Comfy bed, best bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room. Perfect service and good value. Everything great.
